EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Jennings has joined The Gersh Agency‘s talent department as a senior agent. Jennings comes to Gersh from CAA and will begin at the agency effective immediately.
“We have long admired Charlie and his business,” said Gersh Co-President Leslie Siebert. “He is respected within the industry and we are thrilled for him to be joining our team.”

Jennings had been with CAA since 2007 and after being promoted to agent in 2012 began building an impressive roster of clients across film and television.
“I’m beyond excited for this next chapter at Gersh,” Jennings said. “I’ve long respected the agents working there and what they stand for and look forward to joining the team.”
The hire comes after Gersh announced in April that it had sold a minority stake to New York-based financier Crestview Partners for an undisclosed sum and is continuing to make expansions on various business opportunities across the board. Jennings’ hire is expected to be the first of many new hires and acquisitions in the future.
